Enduring Power of Attorney - EPA
Take Advantage of our Current Offer - When we prepare your Will, we prepare your EPA for FREE
Effective Estate planning goes beyond preparing a Will. An Enduring Power of Attorney is a legal document that can be extremely helpful when times are tough. An 'EPA' lets you appoint someone to make decisions about your assets, such as your business, real estate and bank accounts. It lets you nominate someone to act on your behalf if you become unable to make your own decisions. We always recommend that people have an EPA. Often, a married couple will have appointed each other as their enduring power of attorney. Having an EPA can save a LOT of hassle when life gets difficult.
