Your first Family Law appointment with us is fixed at a low fee of $220. This is a one-hour appointment with an experienced family lawyer, and includes a 15-minute follow-up call a few days later. This first appointment is an important step towards a better future and should not be delayed.
Your first Injury + Compensation Law appointment with us is No Charge, and all Injury + Compensation Claims are No Win No Fee. As Townsville’s Personal Injury Lawyers, we assist in all types of injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, work injury claims, medical negligence claims, public liability claims, and many other situations where you have suffered an injury due to someone else’s fault. We also assist with superannuation and TPD claims
Everyone should have a valid and up to date Will and Enduring Power of Attorney. At O’Shea Dyer, we leave you no excuse not to! Our prices are low and when we prepare your Will, we also prepare an Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) for you for no charge. Prices for Wills start at $440 for a single person and $770 for a couple (2 Wills). If you are a longstanding client, ask about our special rates for existing clients. If you need Estate advice, come in for a first appointment for a low fixed fee of $220.
