About Holly Reincastle

Experience

Holly has practiced as a solicitor in Litigation, running Compensation Claims in Personal Injury Law, since the beginning of 2025.

Before practicing as a lawyer Holly was an Associate to His Honour Judge Lynham of the District Court in Townsville. Holly gained invaluable courtroom experience in this role where she was involved in a number of matters including personal injury trials.  She also has a wealth of experience as a researcher for leading Townsville barristers.

Leadership

Holly forges ahead to secure best possible outcomes for clients. She is personable and professional and highly regarded by clients and her team.  Holly is continually refining and building skills in litigation and is an integral part of our Compensation team. She prepares key legal documents to ensure client claims progress quickly and successfully.

Holly is passionate about delivering excellent legal outcomes for her clients. She is committed to progressing claims as quickly as possible, without compromising on outcomes.

Clients  appreciate Holly's ability to explain technical aspects of compensation law and how it applies to them, in a relatable way. Holly is kind, clever, organised and has exceptional interpersonal skills. When not at work, Holly enjoys netball, umpiring and running.
