About Samuel Stewart

Experience

Sam Stewart joined O'Shea Dyer in 2017 when he commenced study at James Cook University. Sam completed a Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Economics) and Bachelor of Laws in 2021. He also completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and was Admitted as a Solicitor in 2021. Sam has experience working in conveyancing and is an integral part of our Litigation - Compensation Claims - team.

Leadership

Sam is an Associate of the firm and works in our Compensation Claims team alongside our Director Ivan Baxter and Senior Associate, Tyla Leo. A true Townsville local, Sam attended Ignatius Park College and has been actively involved in the Townsville community with his thespian interests, distance running and piano teaching. Sam is a lawyer who leads with enthusiasm and positive energy. He is exactly the type of lawyer you want representing you. His optimism and commitment to getting the job done are infectious to the team he works with and for clients.  

Vision

Sam is committed to providing quality affordable legal services for people and is genuinely excited to work in litigation where he can progress claims for people who have been injured.  Achieving a great outcome for a client is very satisfying. Sam is looking forward to assisting people with claims for many years to come.

You may already know Sam by one of his musical theatre alter egos... the Make Em Laugh, tap-dancing Cosmo Brown from Singin' in the Rain, or bad boy songbird Tommy DeVito from Jersey Boys (our personal favourite) or the devilishly handsome Scott Hastings from Strictly Ballroom. He is also a long-distance runner, rock climber and father to Cavoodle's Archie and Lola. #sweetlifeofarchieandlola.
