Sam Stewart SolicitorAbout Samuel Stewart

Sam Stewart joined O'Shea Dyer in 2017 when he commenced study at James Cook University. Sam completed a Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Economics) and Bachelor of Laws in 2021. He also completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and was Admitted as a Solicitor in 2021. Familiar with many aspects of legal practice, Sam has been working in various roles at O'Shea Dyer since 2017. He has been working exclusively in Conveyancing since 2020 and is often the first point of contact for clients with conveyancing matters. Sam works with other lawyers at the firm, in Wills and Estates and Personal Injuries Litigation.

A true Townsville local, Sam attended St Ignatius Park College from 2011 until 2016 and has been actively involved in the Townsville community with his distance running, piano teaching and theatre interests. Sam is a person who leads with enthusiasm and positive energy. He is exactly the type of lawyer you want representing you. His optimism and commitment to getting the job done are infectious to the team he works with and for clients. He is well regarded by all who work with him and by his clients. Sam works alongside Robyn Mullins our Senior Conveyancer, Cathy Fon our Wills and Estates Lawyer and Ivan Baxter our Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer.

With a genuine desire to assist people in the Townsville community with their legal problems, Sam is committed to providing quality affordable legal services for people who need them. He is excited about his career as a lawyer in Townsville and looks forward to acquiring more experience that will benefit people he represents.

Clients love Sam. We love Sam. He is one of the kindest men you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. He is extremely proficient in all he chooses to do, confident, down to earth and easy to talk to. You may already know Sam by one of his musical theatre alter egos, including bad boy songbird Tommy DeVito from Jersey Boys (our personal favourite) or the devilishly handsome Scott Hastings from Strictly Ballroom (a close second). He is also a middle and long distance runner, and father to Archie the Cavoodle #sweetlifeofarchie.
