Courtney Aitken is an experienced Family Lawyer who has practised exclusively in Family Law since 2014. Courtney represents clients with all types of Family Law matters, including parenting, property settlements, child support, spousal maintenance and domestic violence matters. Different circumstances require different approaches – some benefit from negotiating and formalising an agreement, including via Mediation. Other circumstances may require Court proceedings. Courtney has extensive experience in both.
